Joe Friedman
Co-founder / President
Joe has worked in the low voltage alarm industry for 25 years owning and operating Total Security of Dayton for most of it. His experience with Sales and Service will guide him to accelerate the company goals. His down to earth demeaner will put you at ease and he’ll get to the facts of what you really need.
Mark Penwell
Co-Founder / Marketing and Sales
Mark Penwell has worked in many capacities in Sales and Distribution in the low voltage industry. He has over 25 years of experience as a Business Owner, Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Trainer. Mark is a Director on the Board of the Ohio Security and Fire Alarm Association and is known Nationally in the Security Industry. He is a US Army Military Police Veteran with a Business Marketing Degree. Mark will assist the company in product design, marketing, sales, training and finance.
Dan Ross
Co-Founder / Tech-customer support
Dan Ross brings over 30 years of field experience in low voltage Security and Fire. His focus is the manufacturing and distribution of devices, field installation and system certification. He plans to also set up training for certified Installers and testing procedures. Dan achieved his Electrical Engineering A.S. degree in the 90’s and has worked in the industry since graduating with a 4.0gpa. His desire for Customer Service will allow our products to be used to better the safety and welfare of all our customers.
